Rules, Tee Times and Travel Advisory

The Memorial Tournament is played in honor of our departed members.Please take a moment during your round to remember the great times we shared with Wendell Day and Jeremy Stafford.
⚠️ Important Travel Advisory:

Exits from I-65 at Cedar Grove Road may be closed this Sunday.Please use GPS and plan alternate routes to ensure you arrive on time.

We are on a tight schedule to have all players off by 8:50 AM sharp.

Missing your tee time could result in losing your spot — and disqualification. Don’t risk it!

 Tournament Format:

•     All holes will be played as Par 3s.

•     All players tee off from the same tee, regardless of season tee choice.

•     The competition will be flighted, with low net score determining winners.

•     Format: 18 holes of medal play.

•     Handicap adjustment:  50% of your white tee course handicap will be applied.

Tee Placements:

•     All holes will be set between 100–200 yards.

•     Every hole will be marked with a pylon in or near the fairway.

•     You may use a tee on your initial shot from the pylon area.

Additional Rules:

•     Play the ball down.  (NO rolling the ball — standard play.)

•     Bunkers:  Rake and place the ball, but you may only improve the lie, not the position.

•     Putt everything out. No gimmes allowed!

Approximate Payouts:

•     Closest to the Pin:

$25 on normal par 3 holes (#2, #5, #7, #10, #15) – Entire group of 37 golfers.

•     Per Flight:

•     Low Gross: $60

•     2nd Place Gross: $40

•     Low Net: $156

•     2nd Place Net: $104

•     Note: You can only win one prize between Gross and Net.

•     Skins per Flight: $95
